Lakefront Home on Beautiful Walkout Sandy Beach. Home has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Library has a hide-away sofa and travel crib. Livingroom sofa also equipped with a hideaway bed. Bedroom with 2 bunkbeds and twin bed adjoined to a bedroom with a queen bed! There is a full office and library on the second floor for the enjoyment of guests. Home has space to sleep 20 guests comfortably. New vanities and quartz counters in all 3 bathrooms. New light fixtures with LED lights added throughout the house. New flooring in downstairs bedroom and master! Master bedroom has also been newly painted! New stackable washer/dryer!
Newly painted and remodeled large kitchen, with new cabinets, appliances and gorgeous quartz counters throughout. An "eat-in" bar with 6 stools also in kitchen for extra seating. Spacious dining room and living room allows all guests to gather for meals.
Located off the living room is a full paver patio with a BBQ! Outdoor furniture provides impressive and comfortable lunging for relaxing in the shade reading a book or just enjoying the view! The lower floor is handicap accessible with a ramp to the lower sunk in living room. The sunrise will wake you in the morning, coffee on the upper deck, and lake breeze keeps you comfortable throughout the day!
House is fully stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, paper products, trash bags, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner in each bathroom. Basic necessities for cooking located in the pantry. There is an ample amount of serving dishes, pots/pans and silverware. There are dozens of wine glasses waiting to be used, and plenty of room for cooking big meals! There is a security system on the property with security cameras at the front and the back of the house.
Room Configurations:
Main level contains a king size bedroom. The upper level contains two bedrooms on the right side of the hallway and two bed rooms on the left side of the hallway. The first bedroom on the right is the bunk room is the quad bunks. Containing four twin beds as well as another twin bed as well another twin bed in the room. The second bedroom on the right contains a queen size bed. The first room on the left of the hallway contains a full size bed and the second bedroom contains a queen size bed. The master suite is the last room at the end of the hallway containing a king size bed.

From north:M-25 into Port Sanilac. At the Village Limits you will see the Lutheran Church on your left (East). Turn on the road just before the Lutheran Church and follow it around to the address.
From south:|-94 East until it deadends into Pine Grove (or M-25) go North towards Lexington/Port Sanilac, Stay on M-25 approximately 35 miles. Go North through the one and only light in Port Sanilac approximately ½ mile, you will see Willis Market on your Left, and on the Right is the Lutheran Church, Turn Right on the street just past the Lutheran Church and follow it around to the indicated address.
From east: Dock your boat at the Beach and come on into the house. Libbys Cove is about ½ mile north of the Breakwall in Port Sanilac.
From west: Take M-46 to Port Sanilac. Turn North or Left at the one and only light in town and you will be on M-25 North, go approximately ½ mile, you will see Willis Market on your Left, and on the Right is the Lutheran Church, Turn Right on the street just past the Lutheran Church and follow it around to the indicated address.
