Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
## SMS / Text Messaging Terms
### Program Description
MiCasa Stays LLC operates a text messaging program for guests, prospective guests, and property owners. By opting in, you may receive messages related to reservation inquiries and confirmations, check-in and check-out instructions, property access codes and directions, stay-related customer service, maintenance and housekeeping coordination, and — where you have separately opted in to marketing messages — occasional promotional offers and property announcements.
### How to Opt In
You may opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages during a booking or inquiry, by submitting a contact or booking form on www.micasastays.com that includes an SMS consent disclosure, by texting us first at the number published on our website, or by providing verbal or written consent to a MiCasa Stays representative.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking, purchase, or any service we provide.
### Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. Guests with an active or upcoming reservation typically receive a higher volume of messages than those who have only made an inquiry.
### Cost
Message and data rates may apply. MiCasa Stays LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply based on your plan.
### STOP Instructions
You may cancel the text message service at any time by texting **STOP** to the number from which you received our message. After you send STOP, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending messages to you.
### HELP Instructions
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword **HELP** for more assistance, or contact us directly at info@micasastays.com.
### Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by MiCasa Stays LLC.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
